1. Are there any additional costs to our group's price?

No. Everything from the hotel and meals down to taxes and tips are included in your price. Your trip summary provides a clear list of all the features included in your price.

2. Is Trip Cancellation Protection available?

Travel Adventures offersCancellation Protection Elite as part of the Students Safe and Secure Program.

3. Do you carry insurance?

Travel Adventures carries general and professional liability coverage well beyond the industry standards.

4. How may I make a payment?

We request that you send us a purchase order for the cost of the trip. Please include the name of your school or organization and your contact information in case we have any questions.

5. What additional website services are offered to trip sponsors?

Travel Adventures offers our trip sponsors many additional features through our website. These include air travel information, your travel itinerary, and our Trip Resource Manual which can be used to guide a sponsor through each step of the travel planning experience. Also, rooming/ bus lists can be entered on the website and modified at your convenience.

6. Does Travel Adventures provide insurance that covers injury and/or illness on the trip?

Yes. Every participant on a Travel Adventures tour has Accident and Illness Insurance to cover medical expenses that could occur during the trip.

7. Where can I find the latest information on airline safety regulations, specifically carry-on baggage restrictions??

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has established safety regulations for air travel. This includes both checked baggage and carry-on items. We recommend that you visit their website www.tsa.gov for the latest information on these policies. You may also call their Contact Center toll-free at 866-289-9673 or email your questions to TSA-ContactCenter@dhs.gov.

8. Do sponsors travel for free?

Yes, the person who sponsors the trip goes for free as part of our Teachers Free & Easy program.

9. What types of motorcoaches will we use for our trip?

Travel Adventures schedules all of our motorcoach travel on newer model, wide-bodied coaches equipped with VCR's and monitors.

10. How far in advance can I book my trip?

The general rule of thumb is the earlier you book your trip, the better chance we have of scheduling the attractions you request. This is especially true for college visits and venues requiring reservations.

11. Are there pricing guarantees?

Only Travel Adventures provides Price Guard pricing protection FREE for all of our customers! Once a trip is booked, your price is guaranteed unless you change your itinerary or the number of participants. This includes protection from fluctuation in currency exchange rates and fuel surcharges.
